Em & Lou are based on the Costa del Sol and started Sober Socials in October 2025 having met a couple of times!
We realised that it is not easy to find your tribe, especially when you don´t drink or are exploring your relationship with alcohol….. so Sober Socials was born.
Our vision is to create a safe space, events and more without booze, meet like-minded people and enjoy ourselves in Spain and beyond.
Our mission is to normalise not drinking as much as drinking.
